The scripture Vedarthsangrah is an utmost expression of the interpretation of Vedas by Shriramanujacharya.It is a the collection of the preachings of Shrimadramanujacharya on Shruti, Smruti, Purana.Jagdguru interpretes their meanings and it is titled as Vedarthsangrah .
In this scripture Ramanujacharya explains the meaning of Shruties according to Shankarmat.Then he goes on to support his principle with logics. He proved his principles against the established and recognised thoughts and beliefs of Bhaskaracharya and Yadavprakashacharya in this book.
In the last part of the book he discusses the relationship between Jagat and Brahman as supported by the Vedas. Then he goes on to describe the three kinds of Jiva,the means to achieve final salvation, detailed description of the nature of God ,divisions of Puranas ,authenticity of Nityasukti and finally the true nature and form of Param Purushartha .
